1. Initial Consultation & Booking

Once you inquire, we’ll connect to discuss your vision, preferences, and any details that matter most to you. Whether it’s a wedding, engagement, lifestyle, or portrait session, we’ll talk about:

• Your desired location, session date and aesthetic
• The mood and feel of the shoot
• Styling and wardrobe recommendations
• Any special requests or must-have shots

Once we finalize the details, you’ll secure your date with a signed contract and deposit.

2. Pre-Session Planning & Guidance

We provide tailored guidance to make sure you feel fully prepared, including:

• A customized location guide with handpicked spots that match your style
• Wardrobe recommendations to ensure your outfits complement the setting and feel cohesive
• A session prep guide with tips for looking and feeling your best on the day of the shoot

For weddings, we also help create a custom photography timeline to ensure every important moment is captured seamlessly.

3. The Photo Session / Wedding Day Experience

5. Delivery of Your Final Images

You will receive your final images in a beautifully curated online gallery where you can:

• Download high-resolution photos
• Share your gallery with family and friends
• Order professional prints and heirloom albums

For a 30-minute session, expect around 100 film and digital images. For a 1-hour session, you’ll receive about 200 film and digital images. Wedding galleries are typically delivered within 6–8 weeks.

6. Print, Preserve & Relive Your Memories
